We want you and your pets to be happy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's how we handle returns:

1. Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Only unopened, unused products in original packaging are eligible.

• Proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at info@vetlabnaturals.com or directly on Amazon Portal if that is where you purchased, with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address unless it is done directly om the Amazon Portal.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—either by replacement or refund.
